We turned the old system inside out. We chaired workshops with the QUAY team and fleshed out all the pain points of the old system, what annoyed them about it and how it could be better. Then, we pushed the limits on design, functionality and ROI.
THE DESIGN
The site had just won loads of awards for their previous design so it needed to be better than an award-winning website. It needed to ahead of its time and commit to an already established and reputable brand. It needed to be a showpiece and represent the dining philosophy of nature, texture, intensity and purity.

Because the restaurant was receiving huge amount of traffic, we wanted to maximise on bookings, but just as importantly, online purchases of gift vouchers and other purchases. So, we created a online gift voucher order system that allowed users to order and send their loved ones digital gift vouchers and allowed users to buy Peter Gilmore’s books.
